Can someone sue you for having a restraining order against them and calling the sheriffs on them because they are harassing you?

Anyone can sue you for anything they wish (for the most part). That doesn't mean they are going to win. Here, you have every right to call the Sheriff to enforce a properly executed and lawful restraining order.
