Legal Question in Technology Law in California
Harassment via blog comments
I have an ex customer who is harassing me by leaving ''anonymous'' mean comments on my business blog. They are also leaving slanderous comments about my business on other blogs where my name is mentioned. I have proof that it is them through the tracker on my blog. The ip address matches the one sent from their emails to me. Is there anything legal I can do to get them to stop?

I would sue for libel (slander is oral). You would probably need a net-savvy attorney; and an expert witness to testify as to what an IP address is; and you would need to prove damages.
