Legal Question in Consumer Law in California

Can I say something negative about a company on a bumper sticker?

I want to warn people by saying something truthful about a company on a bumper sticker--something that company does not disclose to potential customers. Is this against the law? If so, is it against the law to say on a bumper sticker, ''Read your contract carefully before signing up with ____.''

Re: Can I say something negative about a company on a bumper sticker?

I wholeheartedly agree with the first part of your proposed bumper sticker, "Read the contract carefully," or as I like to say, "Read The Friendly Contract."

But if you didn't RTFC, why would that justify badmouthing the company? Why is that anybody's fault other than yours?
