Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

Old Bankruptcy on Record

In 1991, Business filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Business paid about 70% of debts and never finished paying off. Bankruptcy is still on record with Dunn & Bradstreet. Even though the terms of bankruptcy were not completed, shouldn't this 14 year old bankruptcy be off the record by now? Shouldn't any past due debt be off the record after 7 years?
