Judgement

I've had a judgement entered in a credit related case. I own my own business, C corp. I am Pres my wife is Vice pres. My assets are held in a family limited partnership. That partnership is also a managing member of another LLC business I have. Can the creditor levy these businesses bank accounts.

The judgment creditor can only go after assets in the name of the judgment creditor. If the corporation doesn't owe the money, then the corporate accounts are safe. However, they can garnish your wages and levy on your interest in the corporation.u
