Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

My minimum payment was changed from 2% of my balance to 5% unfortunately I missed the fine print in a notice that was sent. Since I made my regularly scheduled payment I was seen as late and they adjusted my APR from 5% to 14% . What can I do legally?
