Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

I rented residential property to a licensed contactor. He ran his business out of the house that I rented to him. Can I make a clam against his Contractors Bond for unpaid rent and damage he caused? The Rental Property is in California.

No the contractors bond is for his failure to preform work only. Sorry it has nothing to do with your situation. You can still sue him for the back rent though.

Good luck.
