Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Update on my case. So supposedly after the incident with the scratched car the owner of the car didn't call the police it was a witness. The police found the owner on the freeway leaving town that's when they had to pull them over. Now no pictures where taken at that time. Pictures they have was taken a couple of days later and it was the auto mechanic who took the pics used as evidence and it's not the same car as the one in question. So Im thinking I should get the body camera of the police. office who investigated. That do e s not sound like how u gather evidence after a crime. Any thoughts on it. Ty

You need to understand that nobody here or elsewhere is interested in your story, or any 'updates', other than your retained criminal defense attorney who will represent you in court, or maybe your family and friends. In the meantime, exercise your 5th Amendment rights to SHUT UP and remain silent, discussing your claims and case only with that attorney. If you can't afford private counsel, apply to see if you qualify for the public defender at your first court appearance.
