Legal Question in Education Law in California

County Employee let go without justifiable cause

I was brought in as a driver Sept 7,1999 with a proposal to go permanent along with two other gentlemen, in 6 months. After almost 2 yrs was hired permanent to start July 2,2001. On July 8th was told there was a glitch in paperwork it will get fixed but until then we were no longer permanent but they would extend until straightened out. Well now it is my understanding that after 6 months of continus employment this company was suppossed to hire full time. I need to know if I have a claim in civil or anyother court for this. I am totally stressed, no medical no dental no holiday pay for 2 years now. Help me please Law Guru ASAP!

I would need to hear more details and see any documents that you have in order to give adivice.
