Legal Question in Elder Law in California

Right to visit 88 year old Dad

I began visiting my 88-year-old Dad in 2001, when his health began to fail. He lived, until just recently, in Las Vegas, with his 50 year old wife of 10 years. I live currently in San Diego, CA. My Dad's wife ran a Home Health Care business in Las Vegas, for which she lost her license twice, once in 1999, and once in 2000. Then, my stepmother lost her license again in Jan. 2003, shortly after I had visited my Dad for Christmas, She came to believe that I was the source that ''informed'' on her, causing her to loose her livelihood. This is not true. If I injure her, I injure my Dad, who is very weak and suffers dementia. At the end of Jan. 2003, she moved out of the house in Las Vegas, with my Dad, and moved/relocated to San Diego, CA. She told no one (myself or my 3 sisters) of this. She is determined I cannot/will not see or visit my Dad. She will not provide their address or where there are. Do I have a legal right to visitation of my Dad, whose 89th birthday is coming up? I love my Dad; I truly do not want a power struggle/altercation between my stepmother. My only desire is to visit my Dad. It breaks my heart he is so close and I cant visit him. Help!
