Legal Question in Family Law in California

Division of property

Got married in 1991,I have an income property, which I bought in 1988,that pretty much pays for itself, wife never helped with the upkeep or mort. pymts. I'm also currently on worker's comp. There are 2 children (9 and 11 yrs.old) from this marriage, sued wife for divorce in 1988. I would like to use this date as time of separation.I'm now ready to finalize matter. What do you think would be the judge's decision regarding me or wife moving out? What about the children's custody?Award from W.C. case?I just found out wife deeply in debt but making about the same income as me so naturally she is counting on the children's custody as solution to her situation.(i.e. kicking me out of the house)
