Legal Question in Family Law in California

Family court trial

My Fiance is currentlly settling things in court with his son's mother.... he has asked me to accompany him for his court date next week which is when the judge will have the final court orders established. i have had two encounters with the repondant(son's mother) via telephone which resulted in a verbal argumentative battker of insults and were all civilized portrayel was lost. I have tried to avoid such conforntations and would like to know if the judge would condem my fiance for asking me to assist and if he would then for that reason rule in respondent's(son's mother) favor. if he does, that means that my fiancee would be taking away the right to be a father and not have custody nor visitation for his son due to child's mother spitefully trying to separate father and son for no sensible reason and without reasonable cause to do so. what should i do.

My advice to all clients in these cases to have the new boyfriend or girlfriend stay away from court. The reason is shown by your experience with the ex wife.
