Legal Question in Family Law in California

I live in Calif. My girlfriend and I had been together 12 yrs. We never married or became domestic partners. We separated twice. Due to her moving in with someone else and now we not going to reconcile. I wanting to share the things we got when we were together. But large purchases usually came our if her account. But I worked also. Do I have rights to half these things.

If you can demonstrate you applied funds towards the acquisition of these items, you may be entitled to some claim of contribution. Because you are unwed and do not have a domestic partnership, you will be precluded from using the family law courts to divide any property if you split up.
