Modification of Child Support
my exwife passed away 11 months ago. however, i am still getting the court-ordered amount taken out each month from my check. what steps are necessary, without an attorney, to stop the order?

It seems that you should be able to simply submit her death certificate to the agency that takes the money out of your paycheck.

File an osc to terminate the support. Do it tomorrow.
