What is a Stipulation and waiver of final declaration of disclosure? Is this final divorce decree?

No it is not the final divorce decree. It is an agreement that the parties will waive the requirement of having to submit final declarations regarding property It is one of the last documents that need to be prepared in an uncontested dissolution matter to get to the final judgment.

Ms. Clark is correct. It is not the final divorce decree. That will be on a mandatory judicial council form, and is labelled as a "judgment."
