Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

I am a plaintiff in an unlawful Detainer trail ,the right to possession is still in issue ,a non jury trial is scheduled what are my options I do not have an attorney.

Your options -- if you personally own the rental property -- are to get a lawyer or proceed without one. If a corporate entity owns the property, then you cannot represent it in court regardless of your position with the company. Only a licensed attorney can represent a corporation.

Assuming you will represent yourself, the next logical question is "how?" For that information, you should re-post your question in "Landlords & Tenants". Attorneys who specialize in unlawful detainer cases are more likely to see it there than in "General Civil Litigation", which is where you posted this time.
