Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

I never received notice of restraining order - what do I do?

I was just served with a ''restraining order notice after hearing'' DV-130 form but I never received any initial notice to show up to a hearing (I think it's DV-110 form). How do I contest this because someone supposedly has falsely signed an initial proof of service? Help!
