I bought a car under my name for afriend.. He has not made a single payment now iam being sued. What can i do?

Make the payments yourself or cry. When you are done crying, you can bring a law suit against your "friend", but if he can not make car payments he is not going to be able to pay you anything either.

You can pay the judgment and suffer bad credit. What did you expect?
