Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

timing

I need to know that last date that I could have responded given the following : Conditional judgement was entered 07/19/2007. Payment was to be received no later than 5:00pm on the fifth calendar day following notice of Conditional judgement. The Declaration of NonPayment was to be filed within seven (7) days after payment is due. I filed on 07/31/2007. Was I too late?
