Changing Status from B2 to F1

I am a visitor having 6 months valid staus. I would like to change my status to f1. ''prospective Student''-word is not chopped during POE. Will I become iligible to apply? when can I apply? Is a attorney is required for that? i like to do a LPN/ LVN course.

yes, it is possible to do this. You can try it on your won, but the chances of winning an approval are usually much better with an attorney. you may feel free to contact my office for an appointment. The initial consultation fee is just $80.
