Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

I am f1 applicant, asylum denial 2014,i am still maintaining my f1 status, not referred my case to judge. I am in process Mavni

I am trying to get new j1 visa, and I have intention immigrant, and I know it's difficult for me to get j1. My only choice is h1b. Still try to get j1 because my employment only want to accept j1. I apply Mavni is the alternative but I can't get my job and can stay in USA. Is there anything I can do to get EAD or j1? Or I just focus my Mavni only and give my job.
