Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

im a naturalized citizen in the US, I just find out that my partner is still married in another country, what happened to both of us legal status. My partner has legal residency

If you are already a USC, & your partner is a LPR, as long as you are not practicing bigamy, I'm not sure why it would matter if he/she is still married, but you are "dating". As long as neither one of you obtained your legal status through fraud, then there is nothing to worry about. Please clarify your concern. Thank you.
