Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

I signed a voluntary departure with no bar...June 13th 2010, I`m a 27 year old female, with high potential & thrive for success.

I had been living in the C.A. for 23 yrs. of my life. Due to my illegal status, I have a criminal history, of false representaton, traffic charges and two more are still pending, and was I arrested for having prescription meds and less than one gram of marijuana, I had surgery prior my arrest and proved the Rx were from a docter. I served 3 days in O.C. jail in C.A. Then was in ICE hold for 5 months fighting my case, my family hired criminal attourneys and immigration attourneys, seeked every way possible for a petition, unfortunantely had none. My mom is in proccess of becoming a llegal resident in the U.S. so was unable to help my case. One option is my fiance. I would like to know of all my possiblitles to making my illegal problems right, I love the U.S. and wish to come homE♥

If your fiance is a U.S. citizen you may be able to return at some point. I am very sorry to hear about your situation though and hope that some version of the Dream Act passes.
