Legal Question in Employment Law in California

I arrive to work at scheduled time, manager is always late.. i sometimes wait out side the building for up to an hour.. am i entitled to get paid for the time i spent waiting? over a week it can total 2hrs of my lost time.

Yes. If you report to work on time, you should be paid from the time your schedule begins. Keep track of your time and the amount of time you have not been paid. Ask to be paid for it and if the company refuses, call an employment law attorney to assist you.
