Legal Question in Employment Law in California

My boss has not given me any sort of moeny or paycheck, since about a month ago. Now ive been att home for a couple of day for the reason that he has no work for me to be done and still have not recieve any moeny att all. What can I do?

You could file a claim with the local office of the Labor Commissioner. The sooner the better, as it sounds like the company is broke and about to go out of business. You can hire an attorney if the case goes to Hearings and Trial.
