Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Contingency Representation

I have handled my own disability discrimination case against my federal employer thus far. It is time for me to pass the case on to the experts. I would like to know if an attorney would take the case on a contingency basis.I have been with the federal employer for over 17 years and I am currently on paid Worker's Compensation leave as a direct result of my disability discrimination case. I don't have a lot of money, but based on similar cases against this same employer, I know I have a strong and solid case. The judge(who ruled in favor of employees) in a class action against this same employer two years ago, said that his ruling could be used as evidence in any future cases of the same nature against that employer.

Re: Contingency Representation

Without more details, I cannot tell you whether or not we would be willing to take the case. However, if you would like to email me privately with details such as the name of the employer, the type of position, and what you believe is the discrimination, I will be happy to have one of our attorneys look over the facts and contact you to discuss the situation without charge.
