Failure to Pay

I work a second job as a delivery driver for a large pizza chain. We are to be paid every other Wednesday and last Wednesday managment could not find my check.

It is a week later and I have yet to receive my money.

What recourse do I have? What does the law say about paying employees in a timely manner?

The law requires payment on time without exception. file a complaint with the state labor commission.
