Legal Question in Employment Law in California
I work in california and have 3 weeks on the books, I will be leaving for another job on dec 30th but want to use vacation until the middle of Jan. is that legal in california and would it be a conflict of interest to do that?

It's none of your former employer's business how you use your earned vacation time, whether you spend it at your new job or at Disneyland.
