Eviction from apartment

what are the legal rights of a student attending college that is living in a regular apartment where some of the apartments are leased to students?

The same as any other tenant. If the student pays rent on time then there should be no problem. What specifically are you concerned about?

Your rights are no different than any other tenant. Your status as a student doesn't give you any special privileges. You need to be more specific with your question.
