Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

Hello.

I have an unlawful detainer stipulation and judgment from superior court. The judge made this case confidential as long as a debtor agree to pay every month. However, the debtor failed to pay and violate the stipulation. What form do I need to fill out to lift that confidential on this case ? Please be advised.

Thank You

Huan

If you already have a judgment, obtain the writ of execution and evict the tenant.
