Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
Hello, I had an issue with maintenance staff vandalizing my vehicle over a parking space by using the remote access code to enter my garage. In addition to this I complained about retaliation and ignored maintenance requests. Following this and after nearly 5 years of model tenancy I started getting ambiguous noise complaints. I checked with the neighbors supposedly complaining and they said there was never an issue, now the manager is using those bogus complaints go give a 60 day notice.

Unless you have a lease and/or are subject to rent control, a landlord can terminate your tenancy. You may be able to avoid eviction, but will need to contact a local landlord tenant attorney to determine what rights you may have.
