Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

in sept i signed a conciliation agreement and voluntary compliance agreement with the manager and management co. i feel they have violated this order. can i sue the manager, asst manager and management co. i am a disabled person.

would the hud case numbers help?

the manager and asst manager were discriminateing against me so it took me time but i did get someone to hear what i had to say . they were from hud. the agreement was signed by myself, the apt complex owners,an investigator from los angeles program center,office of fair housing and equal opportunity, the director from the same place,and the director from the office of fair housing and equal opportunity. i hope this helps if not write back aand tell me what you need to know. the report is 11 pages long

All the details are not needed but a general summary is. What did the agreement require be done, how do you feel they have violated it, what are the procedures if a violation has occurred [go back to HUD, be given permission to sue,etc], what is the position of the other side as to their not violating the agreement, what did each potential defendant do in violation, have you spoken with them to try to get them to change their behavior, what other facts are of significances, etc.
