You are always entitled to 24 hours notice of entry except in emergencies. It must also be in writing. The exception for units for sale is that they can give you one written notice that they will be showing the property, and then only verbal notice each time they do it, for up to 120 days after that.

If asked to move, it depends on whether or not you have a lease for a specific period of time and how much time is left on it. Unless you are in an eviction control jurisdiction that requires just-cause for evictions, you can always be evicted at the end of a lease. That right passes to the buyer, along with the obligation to allow you to stay until the end. If you are on a monthly rental agreement or an expired lease (which legally defaults to month-to-month absent a new lease or other agreement) then they must give you 60 days notice because you have lived there over one year. Under one year it would be 30 days.
