Can i sew a minor for sexual harrasment?

If a minor sexually harrasess me and is provoking me can that minor get in trouble with the law?

Sure, you can sue a minor, but what assets do they have for you to collect any damages. Their parents might be liable if they negligently allowed the harassment to continue. You should complain to them and management if this is a work problem. Such behavior is not criminal so law enforcement will not do anything unless they are disturbing the peace or some other crime.
