if i am sueing my employer for sexual harassment, can i collect unemployment?

The fact that you are involved in a lawsuit should not effect eligibility for unemployment benefits. But if there is an appeal hearing there may be evidence and testimony which could affect issues in a civil lawsuit. It is wise to consult with your attorney before deciding what strategy you should use.
