Legal Question in Traffic Law in California

110 MPH Speeding Ticket

Recieved a ticket for excess of 100 mph. Was speeding at 80-85 but not

in excess of 100. Went to court and lost. Felt officer misrepresented

himself, he stated he was traveling at 90mph when he saw me,

accelerated to 120 to catch me, and then followed me at 110mph before

pulling me over. All this happen in a 3 mile span. Is that possible? I

don't think so. My license has been suspended and a $1000 fine

impossed. Do I have any recourse? What should my next step be? I was

not doing 110 mph. Thanks
