Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
Multiple Vehicle Errors
Situation: Did not transfer car into name. Drivers License suspended for failure to pay child support. Was notified that could happen but was never notified that it did.
Got Ticket and did not appear: Suspended License, No registration, no insurance.
New Court Date: 31 Dec 03
Since vehicle was never transfered into his name is there a loophole?
Never notified of suspended license. Is there a loophole here?
Failure appear? Don't see any out.
What is worst case scenario. Disabled Vet with $201.00 a month income mooching off parents.
