What information do I have to provide to people listed in will if I am the executor?

You need to read some books on estate administration to avoid gettling into trouble. Nolo Press puts out some good, easy to understand books. Basically you need to advise in writing everyone who might have an interest in the estate of the death of the person and if you plan to file the matter for probate. If you do the latter, then you should inform evreyone in which court you have filed and when a hearing is scheudled, if at all. You do not have to, but I would send everyone a copy of the Will.
