You really need to consult an attorney with more specific facts. There are time limits for pursuing claims against your mother or her estate/trust. If your brother has given statutory notices, the time to pursue such claims may be running out, In addition, if you are a beneficiary of the trust your brother should be required to provide accountings for the trust assets and income. I would be happy to discuss the specifics of your case.
