what are my rights of being a benificary

The executor of my moms will did not notifiy me on the sale and division of personal property knowing that my twin sister knew how,and where to locate me, is that legal?

No, you should have been notified. The executor needed to use reasonable efforts to contact you. If your sister had this information, and the executor knew, then you may have a valid cause of action.

No. If she knew how to locate you, she should have given you notice. You should have received notice early on in the case. You should contact the court right away by filing a request for special notice.
