Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

My sister stole our mother's property from us!

the facts:

grandma died 3 weeks ago.

grandma had a home.

grandma was senile.

grandma did not leave will because scared to lose her home.

My Auntie, was the caretaker, yet we would find my grandma all dirty and smelling like urine.

My Auntie, signed over the house to herself in April/May and then got a loan of $150,000 in August.

This was verified by the Hall of Records in Norwalk.

My grandmother died in the End of August.

My auntie told the hospital not to answer any questions in regards to her mother, absolutely no one not even my Dad could ask.

If grandma was senile, could she of signed over the house and the notory was family is that okay with the law?

I have tried to contact my auntie more than 50 times and she never answers the phone. She always would say that my Dad was her favorite brother, but she won't anser him also.

It seems to me my autie forged some legal forms and has stolen the property. We only want the property to be given evenly to all 4 of my uncles, my father desperately can use the money right now, he is between jobs. My father is also devastated about this, he can't believe his sister did this.

Can you help us, or tell us if we have any rights?
