Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

I just got a 13% rating from AME
My case has been going on sense 2003
I made $80,000 a yr at time of injury
Back
Knee
What is the average this is worth even if it's ball park I'm trying to figure out if I should keep med open or just settle- please help
I want to take care of my kids and give them the money I feel they have had to suffer with out for the past 7 yrs with divorce /just lots of things .....so sense it's coming to an end I just want to make sure what to expect ..... And it's like pulling teeth to get my lawyer or her Asst to call me back or give me any kind of answer .....Please please help me with some kind of sum to go on....
