Gun rights

I am a 24 year old college student, if i get a CCWP, (concealed carry weapons permit) and go to class at my public college am i coverd by the 2nd amendment and or do i have a case under the 2nd amendment

It is unlikely that your college permits guns on campus, nor do they have to. The 2nd amendment doesn't license you to carry a gun wherever you like. No case, at least none this lawyer would consider. Another lawyer may disagree.
