Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Colorado

My 90 year old grandfather sent me a jeannieology in the mail and it went to my old apt # but it has my name on it. the tenant that lives in that apt knows about my mail and she says i have three pices of mail in your name. she refuses to give it to me i want to know if i can legaly do any thing about it?

Tell her that it is a federal crime to interfere with United States mail, and that if she will simply give it to you, then you will not report her crime to the FBI.
