Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Colorado

Just wondering if i may have a case here

i have been shopping at this store for @ 3 years i do alot of ebay buying from this store then resale the store is a goodwill thirft store as the manager of the store has upt the prices of the items i particular buy as she knows the profit i can make from the resale when confronted i asked why do you up the prices as other goodwill stores in the other cities keep there prices same for all items such as mens shirts usally 3.99 each her store she goes by the brand name and what she may think they are worth in her mind i asked why she says im not affliated with goodwill but she has a business named goodwill industries signs inside that are eactly the signs at other goodwill stores and store music stating goodwill helping the community all items in store are donated by public as other goodwill stores then they resale donated items higher then other goodwill stores. the manager then told me to leave and never come back i told her why im just asking you a question and you have no signs saying refuse service to anyone she repeated again to leave as i did with no incident. i feel i was treated unfair help

If I understand you correctly (and please forgive me if I do not), you buy up low-cost goods from a nonprofit organization devoted to helping disadvantaged people, and then re-sell to more advantaged people. There's a legal term for that which name escapes me; possibly it is "bad will."

You may indeed have a case there, but I hesitate to name it.
