Legal Question in Construction Law in Colorado

distruction of personal property

We own a rental property units and next to these units is an empty lots. They are turning it into a parking lot for a close business. What happen is that they enclosed part of our property with their gate. So we went to them and told them off about putting the gate with out our permission. They made an offer at that time to rent that space out and at that time we didn't think and denied that offer. What is happening now is that they are destroying our property line. They have taken chunks of land and raise ass-fault so it very dangerous to walk on our property. We talk to the owner of the job site and says he doesn't need to make an offer but will fix what he damaged but in three weeks. what can we do.
