Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado

Sexual Offense

My husband had a juvinile case for a sexual offense. His records were sealed because he was a juvenile and then were expunged. He was required to register until he completed all his counseling and requirements. After he turned 18 he was kicked out of his parents home and had no place to live. He did not know what to do when he had to register, so he did not go. They put out a warrent for his failure to register. It is a misdemeanor listed as a ''failure to register.'' Is there any way to have this removed from his record or sealed? Please help us.
