Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Colorado
Homeowners
Our homeowners association is constantly harrasing us claiming that we are in violations of the covanants, we went to trial with the county and were found not guilty, do we have a case against them for discrimanation, we are minority and have a lien placed on our property. there is two families in the subdivision both minority who have the leins placed on our homes. help!!!!

You definitely need to contact an attorney in your area who knows about discrimination in housing. The odds are that there's smoke AND fire, so at least get a local professional to take a look at it!
