I went to the emmisions station and was waiting for my vehicle and drank some alcohol while waiting for my vehicle the police arrived and gave me a DUI. I didn't have possession of the vehicle or keys, my friend was to meet me to drive the vehicle from there. I went to the arraignment hearing and plead not guilty. They set it over for Disposition what will happen at that hearing?

Typically one of a couple things: You will either reach an accomodation with the DA (a plea deal) or enter a not guilty and set the matter for trial. The other options are to either ask for a pretrial conference, or to set for entry of counsel if you choose to retain an attorney.
