Legal Question in Family Law in Colorado
can a attorney resign at any time or can i be fired if we have had a argument on how he is handling my case and we are not on the same page and i am complaining about the non response i am getting from him on my case? and perhaps due to our disagreement are they obligated to do there best even though ..?

Read your agreement that you signed with your attorney.
Yes, an attorney has right to resign. Yes, an attorney can fire a client. For example, where a client becomes rude, uncooperative, disrespectful, etc.
